Change Management Liaison

The Change Management Lead Liaison will be responsible for 10 – 20 state agency portfolios throughout Virginia. Key responsibilities will be making sure the HCM System is being implemented correctly by answering any questions, reporting updates, and making sure the state portfolios are running smoothly. Ideal consultants will be well organized, have excellent multitasking skills, and great communication.


• 5 or more years of Relationship Management, Project Management, Vendor Management or related experience • Proven experience in creating and maintaining relationships • Great communication skills • Intermediate Excel skills • Exposure working in a SharePoint environment • Ability to stay organized and relay project deliverables to key stakeholders


• Experience working with HCM Software • Previous experience in an HCM Implementation Project


• Create and Maintain relationships with state organizations for duration of project. • Rate organizations based on established Risk Matrix. • Provide recommendations and support to ensure project timelines are maintained. • Reporting questions and concerns to the state agencies
