100% Remote Disaster Recovery Specialist

Requirements / Top Must-Have Skills:

5 years of non-technical Disaster recovery experience

Must be well organized

Able to coordinate efforts in a large enterprise environment

Excellent with excel, SharePoint, and documentation

Provide audit support

Desired Skills:

Basic IT/ Networking knowledge

Federal Government experience

Responsibilities:

Performs day-to-day activities required to maintain business continuity, such as overseeing and reviewing networks are adequately protected.

Facilitates the preparation of an organization-wide business resumption plan.

Assists in the coordination and establishment of disaster recovery programs and business resumption planning across all enterprise platforms.

Coordinates simulation testing across all platforms. Designs business continuity programs to include policies, standards, guidelines, training programs, and a viable quality assurance process for disaster recovery.

Coordinates the development of an Information System Contingency Plan (ISCP) for each information system and business unit, covering all assets necessary for recovery.

Support OIG audit or any other business continuity audits
