Summit Human Capital is looking for a Senior Peoplesoft Trainer to support one of our clients in the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector in Richmond, Virginia. This is a 9–12-month contract engagement, with the possibility for renewal in post-production support, backing a statewide PeopleSoft implementation project. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- Experience with a combination of the following Peoplesoft Modules: Time and Attendance, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits
- Experience working in a PeopleSoft HCM or Financials implementation environment
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft training experience
- Must have a passion for learning and development and be well versed in adult learning principles, training development for Instructor Led Training (ILT)
- Familiarity with Train-the-Trainer methodology or T3
- Ability to travel to East coast/Mid-Atlantic onsite location on a weekly basis

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the training strategy, curriculum design, adopt "train-the-trainer” methodologies while training teams of instructional designers and central trainers for applications impacting hundreds of agencies and thousands of users
- Analyze business needs, prioritize programs, then design/revise and develop the programs and associated curriculum, training, and support materials.
- Measure, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and business impact of your learning programs
- Identify the tools and learning technology choices that will provide ways to improve learning and programs
- Partner with the broader Change Leadership team as well as the Trainers to drive consistency and effective use of your team’s content
- Leverage existing content and programs
- Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Create, support, and learn from your own team members
- Facilitate training courses for end users and anticipate and adapt to meet learner needs within the classroom setting
- Detect, create, and test training data in the training database
- Compile, edit, review, and provide feedback on documents in coordination with subject matter experts (SME), to ensure validity and accuracy of training materials and documentation
- Create training communications as needed (job aids, notification of system changes, etc.)
