Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree from an Accredited University/College, with a Focus on Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, and/or Branding
• 1 Internship and/or 1 Year of Work Experience Specific to Enterprise Communication
• Prior Experience with Growing a Social Media Following & Analyzing Data/Trends
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Prior Experience/Knowledge with Filming & Editing Video Form Content
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

Responsibilities:
An ability to evolve into a well-rounded expert for all internal and external communication. This Communications Specialist Intern can grow into the creation of the communications department and create the future strategy of Summit Human Capital's internal marketing. This specialist will exceed expectations in the growth of branch awareness to aid in the mission to connect career seeker passion with client mission.

• Multitasks daily & act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in decisions made
• Draft content for mass media & company website
• Create short and long form content for social media platforms such as but not limited to: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, SHC Website
• Write and edit blog posts and press releases
• Liaise with media and manage requests for interviews, statements, etc.,
• Assist in communication of strategies or messages from Senior Leadership
• Respond to those that engage on social platforms within 24 hours
• Design, film, and edit video form content for social platforms and SHC website
• Manage internal SOPs for standardized voice
• Design and create digital and print marketing material
• Take ownership of employer and talent brand, and assist with internal personal branding
