Senior Enterprise Architect Project Manager

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Senior Enterprise Architect Project Manager to support our client in the federal civilian space. The chosen candidate will have direct visibility into the CIO of the end customer with a major impact on the Mission. This person can work REMOTE through the end of 2020, and then must be local to commute to the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of professional experience as a Program/Project Manager or Enterprise Architect within the Information Technology space • Active PMP Certification • In-depth Information Technology experience across multiple disciplines such as applications, data architecture, and infrastructure to serve as a technical advisor throughout business initiatives and project lifecycle • Extensive experience with enterprise architecture frameworks including TOGAF, FEAF, and/or COBIT • Knowledge/experience using the following technologies: SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams Foundation Service • Excellent writing skills for creating and editing formal documents and communication skills to collaborate with executives • BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline • Ability to obtain a Public Trust (MUST be a US Citizen)

Desired:

• Prior experience in the federal space • Master’s Degree

Responsibilities:

• Provide support from an Enterprise Architect perspective, including defining IT strategy and roadmap to develop ways to improve enterprise systems using most current versions of TOGAF (9.2), FEAF (3.1), and COBIT (5) • Provide enterprise architectural analysis, documentation, evaluation, design, and development • Create, update, and maintain technical EA documents including reference models and execution plans • Assess program, services, and product quality, project deliverables, and audit reviews • Supervise technical and administrative staff including hiring and conducting performance evaluations • Ensure programs are consistently growing and generating revenue
