Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid/Remote Human Resource Business Analyst to support one of our largest Richmond, VA-based companies. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar leveraging PeopleSoft
- Experience using SQL, SQR, PeopleCode
- Understanding of how ticketing systems work in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM modules
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Great written and verbal communication
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow Ticketing System
- PeopleSoft certification(s)
Responsibilities:
- This person will be in a fast-paced environment working as a liaison between the analyst and developers
- Receive issued tickets for HR system and correctly assign to specific development teams
- Help to categorize tickets, write functional design that is then passed off to developers, engage with stakeholders/end-users regarding issues, test functionality of system, and collaborate with development teams to create new SOPs
