Hybrid-Remote PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid/Remote Human Resource Business Analyst to support one of our largest Richmond, VA-based companies. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar leveraging PeopleSoft
  • Experience using SQL, SQR, PeopleCode
  • Understanding of how ticketing systems work in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM modules
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great written and verbal communication

Desired Skills:

  • ServiceNow Ticketing System
  • PeopleSoft certification(s)

Responsibilities:

  • This person will be in a fast-paced environment working as a liaison between the analyst and developers
  • Receive issued tickets for HR system and correctly assign to specific development teams
  • Help to categorize tickets, write functional design that is then passed off to developers, engage with stakeholders/end-users regarding issues, test functionality of system, and collaborate with development teams to create new SOPs
