Summit Human Capital is seeking a Senior Payroll Business Analyst to support one of our clients. The ideal candidate will also meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
- Experience with Payroll Peoplesoft Module 9.2
- Significance experience supporting PeopleSoft Payroll, as the Payroll module is the key focus for this effort
- Project lifecycle experience for large-scale Conversions, Requirements Gathering / Gap Analysis, Test Management
- Ability to read basic PeopleSoft and SQL code
- Advanced ability to write SQL queries
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
Desired:
- Experienced working in a PeopleSoft implementation environment
- PeopleSoft certifications
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Exposure supporting state agencies
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Payroll Module activities for Post-Production Support in an environment where Peoplesoft has been implemented
- Manage testing efforts across system test, parallel test, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate across the application, test, change management, and deploy appropriate measures to ensure Payroll solutions meet requirements
- Take a hands-on approach to participate in work product creation, raise and resolute issues, and work with clients on knowledge transfer
- Engage with strong communication all stakeholders impacted by Payroll solutions on the program
