Business Development Manager

  • Build out a targeted portfolio of Financial Services clients whose needs align with Summit service offerings
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Close sales and secure signed contracts for IT staff augmentation services
  • Navigate through already established MSP relationships while working to build new ones while also working to identify SOW opportunities
  • Identify and establish new relationships with hiring managers in new accounts as you work relentlessly to bring in new logos
  • Consistently deliver world-class technology human capital solutions to buyers of our services
  • Vet candidates to ensure they are proper fits to exceed customer satisfaction of our services
  • Attend industry networking events to increase and leverage your network along with develop professionally
  • Properly document conversations and activity within Summit Human Capital's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Exceed expectations set forth by leadership to achieve promotion towards exciting career path options
  • Multitask daily and act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in the decisions you make
  • Up to 20% potential travel to visit out-of-market clients
