Business Development Manager

- Build out a targeted portfolio of Financial Services clients whose needs align with Summit service offerings
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Close sales and secure signed contracts for IT staff augmentation services
- Navigate through already established MSP relationships while working to build new ones while also working to identify SOW opportunities
- Identify and establish new relationships with hiring managers in new accounts as you work relentlessly to bring in new logos
- Consistently deliver world-class technology human capital solutions to buyers of our services
- Vet candidates to ensure they are proper fits to exceed customer satisfaction of our services
- Attend industry networking events to increase and leverage your network along with develop professionally
- Properly document conversations and activity within Summit Human Capital's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Exceed expectations set forth by leadership to achieve promotion towards exciting career path options
- Multitask daily and act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in the decisions you make
- Up to 20% potential travel to visit out-of-market clients
