Summit Human Capital is looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to support one of our clients local to Richmond, VA. The ideal client will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as Project Manager / Scrum Master utilizing agile frameworks.
Proven experience driving application-based projects within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle process.
Demonstrated expertise using agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.
Proficient with Jira and/or other Project Management tracking tools.

Desired:

PMP, SAFe, or CSM Certifications

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate the agile development process and help teams continue to evolve their approach and reach their goals.
Working alongside multiple Software Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Leadership to drive internal applications through the Software Development Life Cycle process.
Develop, maintain, and present high-level project and team metrics to peers, stakeholders, and leadership
