Secret Cleared Cloud Solutions Engineer

Summit Human Capital is seeking a Cleared Cloud Engineer in San Antonio, Texas to help deliver mission critical solutions for our customer in the DoD community. This individual will consult on best-in-class cloud solutions for the organization. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- Active Secret Clearance - 12+ years’ experience with Information Technology - Must be able to consult, innovate and enhance service delivery in a new cloud environment - Serve as escalation point for automation, application, and client configuration - Provide guidance and direction for complex issues - Install, configure, and maintain software, tools, and scripts in dedicated on-prem/cloud lab environments. - Develop, document, and enforce standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of client Operating Systems - Ability to troubleshoot broad problems on client platforms, operating systems, and automation as they coincide with the service delivery. - Produce enterprise-level designs for device computing and its related services - Must be able to become 8570 IAT Level II compliant within 90 days

- Willing to take on new assignments that involve unfamiliar subjects - Cloud Certification

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely advanced cloud concepts to peers and leadership - Ability to document enterprise standardized templates - Ability to create white papers - Document and design test plans and Information Assurance/ Cyber Documentation to support requirements. - Ability to interpret security documentation, procedures, and guidelines such as DISA, STIG and then incorporate provisions into a build and automation scripts
