Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Healthcare Senior Data Analyst to support one of the nation’s top healthcare systems. This is a FULL-TIME PERMANENT role! A successful person in this role will have extensive data governance, data warehousing, Tableau, and SQL experience. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

· 6+ years of Data Analytics experience · 3+ years of recent experience working in a healthcare system (REQUIRED) · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Management or similar · Proficient with SQL · Extensive experience with BI tools including Tableau; ETL tools including Informatica or DataStage; database programs, and MS Office · Prior experience with Server / Application administration

Desired:

· Any cloud database solution experience (Azure preferred) · Any database migration experience (on-prem to cloud) · Data modeling and data warehousing experience

Responsibilities:

· Identify and transform data from different source systems to populate data warehouse in a central location · Translate and program large amounts of data into actionable information · Program data from data lakes into warehouse as instructed from data architects · Collaborate with business units to determine operational needs, define compliant processes to automate data, and recommend solutions that reduce utilization of resources · Engage in the data governance of organization through documentation of standards and auditing of processes of source systems within data warehouse to ensure accuracy of data · Manage upgrades and changes to existing analytics, data tools, and infrastructure that support the enterprise data operations · Use BI tools to test and deliver data extracts and reports from data warehouse · Manage multiple server and applications including backups, upgrades, testing, security, and design
