Cybersecurity/Information Assurance System Admin

Summit Human Capital is looking for a highly motivated Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Software Administrator. This is a direct hire role that will be onsite at Andrews Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will possess at a minimum an Active Secret Clearance and meet the criteria below:

Requirements:

• Minimum of six years of experience with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from an accredited University/College.
• An active DoD Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAM II certification and DoD 8140 ISSM role (i.e. CompTIA Security+).
• Must have experience with STIG Viewer or DISA STIGs with familiarity of Nessus
• Expert level programming with Java, Python, or C++

 
Desired:

• Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information.
• Experience supporting AFNCR, DoD, DISA, or other programs at the Pentagon.
• Excellent project, technical and problem management skills.
• In depth knowledge Back-end engineer functionalities.

 
Responsibilities:

• Identifying and resolving software issues through rigorous testing and debugging processes
• Writing clean, efficient code using relevant programming languages to build software features and functionalities
• Testing software for security vulnerabilities and providing input on improving product solutions
• Ensuring software functions properly across different operating systems, browsers, and devices
