MDM Intune Technician

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Secret/Top Secret Cleared Mobile Device Management (MDM) Support Technician to support a federal program at the Pentagon. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
 
Requirements:

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or higher.
• CompTIA Sec+ certification.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pentagon daily.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience providing technical support to mobile devices and desktops.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Apple mobile devices – iPhones, iPads, hotspots.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with the client and end users.

 
Desired:

• Experience with Blackberry Unified Endpoint Manager (BUEM).
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Experience with Purebred for managing PKI credentials.

 
Responsibilities:

• Work onsite at the Pentgon to transition MDM from Blackberry Unified Endpoint Manager to Intune.
•  Support, manage, and maintain mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise for mobile devices.
• Work with end users to provide technical support for their devices.
• Use Purebred to set up mobile device PKI credentials.
• Adhere to and develop best practices regarding mobile device management.
• Assist with Intune deployments of devices.
• Support asset management of mobile devices.
