Mission of the team:

Working within the US Card group at bank to assist with at-risk-of delinquency cases. Work one on one with customers to offer solutions to ensure they do not go in to delinquent status. Look into various Collections related cases and analyze what went wrong and how the problem can be fixed. Work directly with the technical and product teams to give recommendations on solutions to these issues and/or enhancements to the process in general. Data extraction and analysis from Snowflake database using SQL queries to find the right solutions. Communicate regularly with leadership and teammates to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Must Have Skills:

2-3+ years of demonstrated experience in Process Management

Experience in Collections or Recoveries space (or a highly regulated environment)

Experience within Risk

Detail oriented mindset with process analysis skills

Independent worker who can move the ball forward in a fast-paced environment
Bonus but not required:

Hands-on experience with scripting in SQL

Hands-on experience with Snowflake

Experience using SQL queries for data extraction
