Electrical Engineer

Must Have Skills:

• 1-5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
• MUST HAVE an Engineering Degree (prefer Electrical Engineering Degree)
• Knowledge of power systems, renewable energy generation, and electrical codes (NEC, IEC, IEEE).
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, or similar)

Responsibilities:

• Design and review electrical systems for renewable energy projects, including power distribution, protection systems, and control systems.
• Evaluate technical submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the commissioning and startup of renewable energy facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues in the field or remotely, recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including single-line diagrams, schematics, and equipment datasheets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and SCADA/control engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct technical calculations and simulations (e.g., load flow, short-circuit, grounding).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for design standards and operational efficiency.
