Furniture Design Project Manager

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Remote Furniture Design Project Manager to support our financial services client. This position will require heavy travel (Up to 50%), in the NC, VA, and MD areas and will work onsite 3x weekly in Richmond, VA! The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of commercial furniture and meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

· Must have 3-5 years of professional experience working with commercial furniture that includes workplace design, installation, and coordinating with necessary vendors.

· Required to understand banking designs, floor layouts, and ADA codes

· Minimum two years of experience working with AutoCad

· Coordinate Vendor site visits with physical security though visitor application

Responsibilities:

· Managing multiple priorities simultaneously that are subject to change.

· Prioritize and plan work activities independently

· Listen and follow all instructions and respond to management/vendor sites

· Perform and document furniture and artwork punch list.
