Bank Operations Specialist

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Banking Operations Specialist to support our client in RICHMOND, VA in the financial industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to support a large-scale records review project, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:
Banking operations experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Desired:
Adjustment experience
FIC Core Horizon experience
FCM experience
Responsibilities:
Review images of checks and deposits to verify records are not duplicated
Log information and findings into Excel spreadsheets
Complete each record review within 15–20 minutes
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process
Work on-site 3 days per week (flexible days)
The on-site work will be done at 4355 Innslake Drive.
