Hybrid-Remote Training Developer

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Training Developer to support our client in Richmond, VA. This position has the exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of impactful training solutions for enterprise system upgrades and end-user enablement. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

· Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Financials 9.2, or another ERP such as NetSuite, Workday, or SAP

· Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 or similar eLearning development tools

· Expertise in Camtasia for video editing

· Strong facilitation and communication skills

· Experience developing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) content

Desired:

· Experience with system implementations or upgrades

Responsibilities:

· Develop and revise training materials, including PowerPoint decks, job aids, exercise guides, WBT courses, and tutorial videos

· Create training resources to support the PeopleSoft PUM upgrade

· Facilitate engaging training sessions for end users in both in-person and virtual environments

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and validity of training content

· Identify and test training data in the training database

· Produce training communications such as job aids and system change notifications

· Track and report training metrics and maintain course documentation
 

The hourly pay range for this position is $40 – $50, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
