Requirements:

· At least 3 years of work experience as a Professional Technical Recruiter in an agency environment · Must have achieved a weekly gross profit/spread of at least $10,000/week · Secured at least one President’s Club/Achievement Award · Directly involved in the training and promotion of at least one peer · Previous successful performance recruiting in the cutting edge, modernized technology space (Ex: Cloud, Data Science, Application Development) · Great verbal and written communication skills · Great verbal and written communication skills · A "glass half-full" mentality · Positive outlook and attitude in life · High sense of urgency and strong work ethic · Willingness to learn and be challenged · Team-oriented mentality · Results driven individual who wants to be successful and be part of a winning team

Desired:

· Secured two or more President’s Club/Achievement Awards · Directly involved in the training and promotion of multiple peers · Experience navigating or using a Vendor Management System (VMS), that allows Manager contact · Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (ideally with a degree in business or human resources) · Exposure to enterprise level accounts in an agency environment · Strong professional network in the Charlotte area · Proven track record of success in sales

Responsibilities:

· Source through qualified resumes to ensure candidates' skill sets are properly aligned to match career ambitions and skillsets · Vet candidates to ensure they are proper fits for our clients' hiring needs · Aid in the mentorship and growth of other Technical Recruiters · Attend industry networking events and specific technology meetups to increase and leverage your network along with developing professionally · Must be located in Charlotte, NC (Full-Time Remote position in Charlotte!) · Exceed expectations set forth by leadership to achieve promotion towards exciting career path options · Create long-term and profound relationships with candidates and clients to create loyal partnerships for years to come · Run the full life cycle recruiting process · Multitask daily and act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in the decisions you make · Provide A-Player referrals for potential hires at Summit Human Capital
