Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university in HR/Business • At least one internship and/or 1 year of work experience related to HR • Detail-Oriented • Organized • Great verbal and written communication skills • A "glass half-full" mentality • Positive outlook and attitude in life • High sense of urgency and strong work ethic • Willingness to learn and be challenged • Team-oriented mentality

Desired:

• Master’s Degree in HRM • Experience/Internship in a recruiting or technical consulting-related capacity • SHRM certified/affiliated • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws • Experience working with HR policies and procedures • Social-Media Marketing experience

Responsibilities:

• Administer the onboarding process for all W2 and 1099 Associates through HRIS portal per client standards • Conduct background checks per client standards • Create and maintain onboarding processes for new clients • Vendor Management System (VMS) administration and management • Track all Associates’ hours through Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely timesheet entry and approval o Internal and external Associate Paid Time Off (PTO) administration o Internally publicize key statistics across the organization • Aid in the completion of all required client paperwork, documentation and contracts including providing suggested edits • Weekly SharePoint administration to internally publicize and organize company documentation, SOP’s and statistics • Utilize a variety of recruiting channels to seek and secure potential candidates for our organization • Manage company information and confidential documents • Manage Associate engagement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Executive Assistant and office management responsibilities
