Hybrid-Remote Senior Financial Analyst

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid-Remote Senior Financial Analyst to support one of our clients in Clearwater, FL. This is a direct-hire engagement, supporting Executive Leadership with providing valuable insight to create actionable intelligence for the organization. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• 5+ years of data analysis/financial analysis experience using various tools/systems • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, analytics, or a related field • 1+ years of experience using an ERP (like NetSuite, SAP ERP, etc.) • Strong knowledge and experience of Python, Tableau, SQL, and Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter, high ability to deliver autonomously

• Experience in homebuilding industry or franchise operations

• Track and review financial planning, analysis and projection for company and franchises • Collaborate with Executive Leadership and provide insight to help guide decisions • Analyze processes, identify patterns, and provide recommendations • Act as the liaison between the finance department and business stakeholders • Perform heavy research and analysis
