Glenn Diersen
Founder & President
About GlennGlenn has always been an entrepreneur at heart, launching a lawn maintenance business at the age 12 and a successful painting business in college.
Upon graduating with a BS degree in International Business and a BA degree in Spanish from James Madison University in 2013, Glenn found his niche in the technology human capital industry, when he started his career at The Select Group (approximately a $150 million/year IT staffing company) in 2014 as a Technical Recruiter. He was promoted to Account Management within four months which at that time was the fastest promotion in company history. One year later, he carved out a role as the first-ever Account Executive of Government Services at The Select Group Federal and ended 2017 as the overall Top Producer, finishing ahead of over 200 other producers! Just a few months later he founded Summit Human Capital.
His successes fueled his entrepreneurial spirit and in April of 2018 he launched Summit Human Capital, an IT human capital solutions firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. Fast forward to 2020 and Summit Human Capital boasts over 30 active clients across eight states with over 30 Associates and has surpassed $30,000 in weekly spread.
In 2019, its first full year, the company reported just shy of $2 million in revenue and grew by more than 3,000 percent from 1 to 33 Full-Time Associates.
Glenn is a recipient of the prestigious SIA (Staffing Industry Analysts) ’40 under 40,’ an award honoring the workforce ecosystem’s next generation of leaders.
Glenn Diersen began his journey in the technology workforce solutions industry in 2014 where he earned the privilege of standing up the Public Sector Practice from the ground up for a $100 million+ national firm. In less than five years there, he led the Public Sector Practice in exceeding over $20 million in annual revenues across the nation. Glenn, a lifelong entrepreneur, then decided to launch Summit Human Capital in his birthing city of Richmond, Virginia. Fast forward five years later, Summit Human Capital is the #1 fastest growing technology workforce solutions firm in America boasting over 14,413% 3-Year Revenue Growth, placing Summit Human Capital as the #20 Inc. 5000 2022 fastest growing company in the United States industry agnostic.
