Glenn

Glenn Diersen

Founder & President

Glenn R. Diersen Jr. has always been an entrepreneur at heart, launching a lawn maintenance business at the age of 12 named “Diersen Delivers” followed by a successful painting business in college exceeding six figure revenues before the age of 20.

Upon graduating with a BS degree in International Business and a BA degree in Spanish from James Madison University in 2013, Glenn found his niche in the technology workforce solutions industry when he started his career in the field with an established firm with revenues in excess of $150 million in 2014 as a Technical Recruiter. He was promoted to Account Management within four months, the fastest promotion in that company's history! One year later, he carved a role for himself as the first-ever Account Executive of Government Services, standing up their Federal practice from ground zero. Just four years later, Glenn led the federal practice in driving over $20 million in annual revenue to the company and as a result was named the fastest growing vertical across the nation. Glenn ended 2017 as the overall Top Producer, finishing ahead of over 200 other producers.

His successes fueled his entrepreneurial spirit and in April of 2018 he launched Summit Human Capital, a technology workforce solutions firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.

In 2019, its first full year, the company reported just shy of $2 million in revenue and grew by more than 3,000 percent.

In 2021, Summit Human Capital was named Richmond, Virginia’s #1 fastest growing company boasting 2-year revenue growth of 2,489%.

In 2022, in Summit Human Capital’s first year of eligibility, the globally renowned Inc. 5000 listed Summit Human Capital as the #1 fastest growing company in both Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic and was listed as the #20th fastest growing company across the United States boasting a three-year growth rate of 14,413%. Summit Human Capital is, statistically, the fastest growing technology workforce solutions company in America.

Fast forward to 2023 and Summit Human Capital has brokered relationships with over 100 clients across the United States with a distributed workforce covering close to forty states and counting.

Glenn is a recipient of the prestigious SIA (Staffing Industry Analysts) 2020 ’40 under 40,’ an award honoring the workforce ecosystem’s next generation of leaders. Glenn was also named to Forbes Next 1000 in 2021. Glenn was included in Virginia Business’s 2023 100 People to Meet: Go-Getters. Glenn was listed to the Marquis Who’s Who 2023 biographical volumes.

Glenn is a workforce solutions trailblazer and absolute disrupter.

Most importantly, Glenn is married to his wife of over five years, and they have been blessed with two beautiful girls calling Richmond, Virginia their home. When Glenn is not spending time with his family or working on his career, you will most likely find him enjoying a workout on the tennis courts or reading a book on business.

Glenn wakes up every morning getting to go to work rather than having to because he is committed to advancing the Mission of Summit Human Capital to positively change as many lives as possible across the world.
