  • After the initial conversation, we ask that you come onsite to meet with us to further establish what matters most, a long-term and sustainable relationship that provides you opportunities to advance your career. We respect long commutes, so Skype interaction is often utilized.
  • The next step is to analyze your goals, skill set, likes and dislikes and match you with a career opportunity that will both challenge and reward you, financially and emotionally.
  • At this point, we work with you each step of the way throughout the interviewing process with our clients to prepare you to the highest degree possible to secure your next position.
  • Upon the offer stage, we work with you and the client/respective employer to ensure all final steps are exactly what we discussed from our very first conversation. Transparency is vital to sustainable relationships and you will see that exemplified through each and every conversation.
