A comprehensive and robust vetting process is one of the key formulas to Summit Human Capital’s success. Although there is much more behind the scenes to this process, the preliminary steps we take before presenting anyone’s profile to our clients are listed below:
- Initial conversation between potential candidate and one of our specialized Technical Recruiters
- In person meeting with potential candidate
- Past performance verification and validation
- Seasoned member of our Account Management team acts as last line of defense
Until this process is fully realized, no candidate is ever presented to our clientele. Our CVP plays a pivotal role in reducing the amount of time our clients must spend to select the proper resource.
