Mobile Device Technical Support Specialist Level 3

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Mobile Device Technical Support Level 3 to support one of our federal clients and the ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

  • Ability to go on-site in Washington, D.C. 5x a week (remote options available after a few months)
  • 6+ years of technical support experience with multiple mobile devices, including but not limited to iPhones, iPads, Android, iOS, and Macs.
  • Experience creating and pulling reports from AirWatch.
  • Experience activating, enrolling, provisioning, and remotely wiping devices via AirWatch and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • Experience resetting passwords through Secure doc encryption, Active Directory, and Keychain Access.
  • Experience completing hardware and software repairs on non-functioning mobile devices.

Desired:

  • Previous Federal support experience.
  • Previous Enterprise experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure end-user equipment, and complete software installation and upgrades.
  • Handle over 70 support tickets daily and create another 40-50 support tickets.
