Desktop Support Technician

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Desktop Support Technician to support one of our federal clients and the ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

· Ability to go on-site in Boston, Massachusetts (5x a week).

· Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

· 5+ years of technical support experience with Windows, Mac, and various network systems.

· Experience with an enterprise Windows 10 print-server environment with multiple printers

· Experience with upgrading end-user computer systems.

· Experience using ServiceNow for managing various tickets.

Desired:

· Microsoft Certified Help Desk Support Technician certification

· Apple Certified Mac Technician certification

· CompTIA A+ certification

· HDI certification

· MCITP certification

· MCTS certification

Responsibilities:

· Provide end-user support to 150+ employees in-office daily.

· Apply basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions.
