Nutanix SME

• Proven experience working with Nutanix – must be a SME
• Must have an active IRS and/or Department of Treasury Public Trust
• Strong understanding of virtualization concepts
• Solid knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to exceeding client expectations

Desired Skills:

• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) certification
• Experience with storage technologies (SAN, NAS)

Responsbilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy Nutanix clusters tailored to specific client requirements.
• Perform ongoing administration and maintenance of Nutanix clusters, including health checks, performance optimization, and resource management.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot Nutanix-related issues, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams (network engineers, system administrators) and external stakeholders to integrate Nutanix solutions seamlessly into existing environments.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for Nutanix deployments.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Nutanix technologies and industry trends through ongoing training and certification.
