Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Requirements Lead to support a federal program! The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a U.S. government background check and obtain a Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Five or more years of experience as a Requirements Lead or Requirements Manager.
- Experience working with technical teams, end users, and clients.
- Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM).
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT requirements,
- Work with clients and stakeholders to verify IT requirements and ensure that developers and technical teams have clearly documented requirements.
- Ensure that IT development processes are carried out in compliance wit customer requirements.
- Work with developers and test engineers to prioritize IT requirements.
- Develop and maintain the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix.
