Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Computer Systems (IT Support) Analyst to support a government program in the Oklahoma City, OK area. We are able to sponsor a Secret Clearance for this opportunity. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
- US Citizenship AND ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a Secret Clearance. Ability to maintain a hybrid schedule in the OKC area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service skills.
- 3+ years of professional technology experience OR degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with Windows 10.
- Strong prioritization and problem solving skills.
Desired:
- Technical certifications.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now or Remedy.
- Experience with Active Directory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line technical support to end-users through telephone, email, and incoming tickets, and in-person requests.
- Engage with end-users and clients with professional communication skills.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows applications, remote access, etc.
- Use a ticketing system to track activity and technical support progress.
