Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% REMOTE Graph Theory Engineer to support one of our Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- 2+ years of experience developing real-world solutions in Graph Theory.
- 3+ years of professional experience coding and scripting with Python or C++ (Python preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with graph libraries and frameworks such as GraphX, NetworkX OR Boost Graph Library
- Strong understanding of 1 or more of the following data structures and algorithms (Dijkstra's Algorithm, Depth-First Search (DFS), or Breadth-First Search (BFS))
Desired:
- Familiarity with Neo4j, TigerGraph, or Amazon Neptune for graph database modeling and querying.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement graph-based algorithms to solve complex network, data, and system optimization challenges.
- Use libraries such as NetworkX, GraphX, or igraph to build scalable graph solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate graph analytics into operational systems.
- Design and manage data pipelines that extract, transform, and load (ETL) graph data from utility infrastructure systems.
- Optimize graph algorithms to handle large-scale datasets with high performance.
- Support predictive maintenance initiatives by modeling asset lifecycles and identifying critical failure points through graph analytics.
