100% Remote Scrum Master

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Scrum Master to support a top Fortune 500 client! We are looking for a Scrum Master who has proven experience leading scrum teams within software development, cloud engineering, or data engineering. The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for working with cutting-edge technology and working with innovative products.
 
Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master working in Agile framework
• Experience facilitating Scrum process across multiple teams
• Must have worked as an Business Analyst or Scrum Master in Software Development, Cloud, or Data Engineering and have a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle process
• Agile coaching experience
• Experience working in AWS environments

Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach cross-functional teams to excellence
• Facilitate team meetings and scrum ceremonies
• Protect the team from distractions and interruptions
• Responsible for collaborating with other Agilists and Scrum Masters to maintain established portfolio level Jira guidelines
• Coaching and servant leadership as a Scrum Master for multiple product teams within a portfolio or system
