100% Remote Lead GIS / ESRI Developer (ELECTRIC UTILITY ONLY)

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 years or recent experience in Software Development of Geographical Information Systems.
• Specific experience utilizing ESRI products and ArcGIS
• Python, Java, and/or arcade scripting is a must have
• Experience working with ESRI Utility Network
• FME experience for extracting, loading, and transforming data

 
Desired:

• AWS experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geospatial Science

 
Responsibilities:

• Provides technical direction for the design, development, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver operations research applications (databases, websites, tools, and products) that are geospatially enabled to support a multitude of solutions
• Ensures system, technical & product architecture is compliant with and adheres to all Energy Company operational, architectural, and design standards and principles
• Owns technology oversight and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout various projects
