Manager of Systems Integration

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Systems Integration to support our client in the U.S. in the warehouse automation industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to lead a team of Integration Managers overseeing operational leadership, project execution, and customer-facing integration activities for warehouse automation and WMS implementation projects. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

· 5-10+ years of hands-on experience within warehouse automation, systems integration, commissioning, controls, WMS, or material handling environments

· 5+ years of formal people management experience

· Experience managing integration, commissioning, or field engineering teams

· Strong experience with warehouse automation technologies and material handling systems

· Experience implementing or supporting WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

· Ability to manage both upward with leadership and downward with field teams

· Customer-facing communication experience

· Ability and willingness to travel 25-50%

Desired:

· Controls / PLC background

· Experience with conveyors, ASRS, sortation, AGVs, or robotics systems

· Experience with Swisslog SynQ or other WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Körber, etc.)

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 Integration Managers

· Support integration, commissioning, testing, and go-live activities across multiple warehouse automation projects

· Provide operational leadership and escalation support for field integration teams

· Coordinate with software, controls, engineering, project management, and customer stakeholders

· Drive execution consistency, reporting, and delivery quality across integration activities

· Travel to customer/project sites to support onboarding, team leadership, and project execution

· Assist with process improvement and scaling the Integration organization as Swisslog continues to grow

The base pay range for this position is $135,000 – $140,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
